The last Sittings of 2019, and the fourth last before the August 2020 election, will be telling for the Gunner Labor Government.
Opposition Leader Gary Higgins said the Gunner Labor Government promised a strong economy when it was elected in 2016, but had failed on all accounts.
"Territorians are fed up with the Gunner Labor Government, they’re inaction on the crime crisis and their mismanagement of the Territory’s economy which has seen us fall to being the worst performing economy in the nation," he said.
"We’ll use this November Sittings to continue to hold this incompetent Gunner Labor Government to account, and drill down on the issues affecting Territorians that they’ve so far failed to listen to."
Mr Higgins said the CLP had been listening to Territorians, as they work hard to be the clear alternative at the polls in 2020.
"We’ve announced some fantastic candidates for the 2020 election, and we will be announcing policy in the coming months," he said.
"We’re up for the challenge, we want to see the Northern Territory prosper, and we will have a new CLP team to take to the election."
In Parliament this month, the Opposition is expecting a number of pieces of legislation to come up, including the Sex Industry Bill, the Mental Health and Related Services Amendment Bill, and the Local Government Bill.
"We will continue to raise the Gunner Labor Government’s wrong priorities, their no-action Youth Action Plan, and broken promises," he said.
